This program will replace/assist the legacy Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System and the existing Common Access Card System, all using the same data base of multi-million people regarding the current and past relationships with the DoD. The projects in this DSO program are expected to assist the Enterprise Beneficiary Portal, currently under development, in dealing with all questions regarding DoD benefits for service members and others. The DSO program and its various projects will also reflect policy changes, new legislation and changes in DoD benefit eligibility requirements as these unfold in the future.
